Ella Colette Rycroft (née Bouchard) was born on March 11, 2002 in Vancouver, British Columbia, to Simon and Maelee (née Levesque).The second of four children, she has an older brother Jacob (Jan 2000) and two younger siblings Arianna Theriault (Sep 2004, Damian) and Tobias (Mar 2007, Vilandra). In February 2029 she started dating Ryder Rycroft an American Wizard that was the same age

as her brother Tobias. They married on May 22, 2033. They have four sons: Radley (Apr 2035), Wylie (Jun 2036), Milo (Mar 2038), and Kailen (Oct 2040). They have two daughters Adèle (Feb 2042) and Sariah (Dec 2044)

After months of tireless work, Ella managed to get all the legal papers in order and scrutinized every detail to ensure everything was perfect. The lawsuits were ready to be delivered to Addom Lestrange, Nero Capulet, Rabastan Lestrange, and David Brighton as soon as they were on Canadian soil. With much focus, she crafted each lawsuit with care and precision, making sure that each would be accountable for their actions.

The lawsuit against Addom would be first; for one, he had been the one who had started everything. Her family's pain, including her brother Jacob's, all went back to him. Then there was also the fact that she realized Addom's days on earth could be limited.

Ella had decided that if any No-Maj born wanted to eventually sue their captors, she would represent them pro-bono via her Wizarding International Law degree. It would allow her to represent people that weren't Canadian citizens. Ella would also speak to others in her law firm that had WILD's to do the same.

Ella and, eventually, two of her law partners would be representing not only her brother Jacob Bouchard but her parents, Simon and Maelee Bouchard, and her siblings Tobias Bouchard, and Arianna Theriault. Then her law partners would represent her in the lawsuit against Addom Lestrange.

In the lawsuit would be the emotional distress that she and her family suffered when they believed Jacob was deceased. Compensation for the therapy that her sister Arianna had to have due to the events. Compensation for the cost of Jacob’s memorial and tombstone.

Ella had also put together Jacob’s net worth before the events, taking into account what he would have made between July 2046 to whatever date she could file if he had remained Prime Minister for all the years of his term also factored in would be yearly increases in salary.

Then she’d be filing a hate crime lawsuit.
