Time: 7:00 PM PT
Format: Virtual via Zoom
Credits: CME Approved (0.75 Credits)
Cost: Free for all members!
Dinner is on us! In lieu of an in-person dinner, BCPS will reimburse up to $15 per participant for AGM dinner expenses.

We’re excited to share “Caring for Our Children: A History of Child Health Care in British Columbia (1995–2020)”, a dynamic look at 25 years of progress in child and youth health. At its heart, this story is about people: children and families, dedicated health professionals, bold researchers, passionate educators, tireless advocates, and community leaders who came together to make a difference.

This webbook captures a transformative era, highlighting the programs, discoveries, partnerships and institutions that shaped modern child health care across the province and continue to influence its future.

The book is free of charge and can be accessed via the following link: https://pressbooks.bccampus.ca/childhealthcarehistorybc.

We welcome comments and corrections, as well as any “storied moments” that you might want to contribute (see examples by Dr. David Smith).

Please feel free to share with others who may be interested in this history.
