Lochside Cycles is all about putting more people on bikes. Our passion for cycling, and the city we live in is what goes into every bicycle and accessory we create. We hope you enjoy them just as much as we do! Our core mission is to keep all Lochside products functional, stylish and minimalistic without a hefty price tag attached. We believe riding is a way of life, and that bicycles are an exten

sion of ourselves. Lochside bikes are designed and built for all types of riders, from urban to country to somewhere in between. Lochside Cycles was founded 2013 in Victoria, BC, by Richard and Brian; two brothers from Vancouver Island that share a love for cycling and the outdoors. After riding Vancouver Island’s diverse terrain for years and meeting more like-minded people along the way, the brothers set-out to build a local company that was based on progressive products at an affordable price-point.

Dear Lochside Community,

We are thrilled to introduce our latest creation – the Gravel Bike. As two Canadian brothers, our journey has always been fueled by a passion for exploration and a love for the great outdoors. Ever since we were kids, we’ve been riding bikes together, embarking on countless adventures. This bike is not just a product; it’s a testament to our shared experiences, dreams, and the countless adventures we’ve embarked on together.

Why did we create this bike? It’s simple. We wanted to craft something that embodies the spirit of adventure and the joy of discovery. Our Gravel Bike is designed to take you to explore new terrains, and to experience the world in a way that only a true adventurer can. Whether you’re bikepacking through rugged landscapes, or commuting year-round to work, every detail, from the sturdy frame to the versatile tires, has been meticulously crafted to ensure that you can ride with confidence, no matter where your journey takes you. We believe that the best stories are written on the road, and we want you to write yours with our bike.
