All youth mental health stakeholders (parents, coaches, teachers) are invited to join Dr. Roxanne Cohen (Young Lives Research Lab, York University) for an informative session on emerging research into social media’s impact on youth well-being — including how excessive use can crowd out physical activity and get in the way of an active, healthy lifestyle.
