There’s something about maple season that just brings people together 🍁

When the steam is rising from the sugar shack and the evaporator is rolling, you never quite know who’s going to walk through the door… a neighbour, a friend, someone you haven’t seen in years—or someone brand new. But somehow, someone always shows up.

Boots get muddy, stories get shared, and time seems to slow down just a little as we gather around the warmth of the fire and the sweet smell of syrup in the air.

It’s more than just making maple syrup—it’s about community, connection, and those simple moments that remind us why we do this every year.

We wouldn’t trade maple season for anything 🤍🍁

The drip heard around the world! 🍁

Maple season has officially arrived in Canada, and the sugarbush is alive and flowing! Yesterday marked our biggest boil to date marking 2 big milestone in the sugar shack. We bottled 50 gallons of beautiful Golden maple syrup (our biggest boil to date) and the most Golden graded syrup we have ever boiled! The sap was still running strong as we shut down the evaporator at 10pm.

There’s nothing quite like the rhythm of a great run — tanks filling, steam rolling, and the sweet reward of a season well underway. Today, we’re right back at it, keeping pace with the trees and making the most of this incredible flow.

This is maple season at its finest. 🍁
