What a great tour for the day. Excellent team to partner with and show us how they get the job done.

Cadets from 2 VandenBos Whitby Royal Canadian Air Cadet Squadron (RCACS) visited CFB Trenton in November to engage with the staff of 2 Air Movements Squadron (2 Air Mov Sqn) and got a behind-the-scenes experience of the facilities and operations at 8 Wing/CFB Trenton.
2 Air Mov Sqn is an operational enabler for Canada, supporting almost all operations in delivering equipment, cargo, supplies and more. From loadmaster to pilot, every member of 2 Air Mov Sqn plays a key role in moving approximately 36 million pounds of freight, baggage, mail and 42,000 passengers annually.
As the tour continued around the base, the Cadets soon realized that there was more than just a pilot and the aircraft when it comes to the operation of 2 Air Mov Sqn.
