Liberals are wasting $750 million on another failed boondoggle that targets law-abiding hunters, farmers, and sport shooters, instead of going after the real gun smugglers and gangsters.

Make the amnesty permanent by ending the wasteful gun grab now.

Today, on World Elder Abuse Awareness Day, we are reminded of our solemn responsibility to protect and support seniors ...who helped build our communities and our country.

Throughout my years as a police officer, I saw firsthand the positive impact on seniors when they were treated with respect, dignity, and gratitude. I also witnessed the devastating impact that physical/emotional abuse, neglect, isolation, and exploitation can have on older adults and their families.

Elder abuse often happens behind closed doors, making awareness and vigilance all the more important. Whether it is physical, emotional, financial, or psychological abuse, we must be prepared to recognize the signs, speak up, and offer support; because they deserve to live in safety, dignity, and respect.

Today, let us honour their contributions by standing up against elder abuse and by looking out for the seniors in our lives, our neighbourhoods, and our communities.

If you or someone you know needs help, contact the Senior Safety Line at 1-866-299-1011.

Respect for our seniors is more than a value...it is a measure of us and who we are as a society.

Liberal inflation has nearly doubled the price of a used car.

After 11 years of Liberal inflation, Canadians are paying more for groceries, more for gas, more for housing, and now more for the car they need to get to work.

Conservatives will repeal the GST off used vehicles and cut the Liberal excise tax on fuel so Canadians can afford to live again.

Windsor residents and Canadian taxpayers deserve honesty... and this Liberal government needs to level with us.
What is the real reason for the delay in opening the Gordie Howe Bridge??

06/14/2026

The people of Windsor-Essex have been patient for years.

We were told the Gordie Howe Bridge was going to open yesterday. Now it's been delayed...who knows for how long.

The Prime Minister admits Canada "agreed" to the delay at the request of the United States because of a "technical issue", yet when asked by reporters what the issue is, he couldn't give any answers.

This bridge is built! It's ready!
The Canadian taxpayers & people of our region deserve respect and honest answers...not obfuscation.
If there's "no drama," then what exactly is the "technical issue" causing the delay?

Like so many Canadians, I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Toronto Police Constable Marc Pinizzotto, who was killed in the line of duty while serving and protecting his community.
More than 30 years ago, I began my public service with the Toronto Police Service. I know the pride that comes with wearing the uniform, but I also know the risks that officers and their families quietly accept every single day. Every shift begins with a prayer, a goodbye kiss to your loved ones...& the hope of coming home safely at the end of the shift.
Sadly, today Constable Pinizzotto's family received the news that every police family fears.
As a retired police officer, as a husband and father, and simply as a Canadian, my heart breaks for them.
I am thinking of his loved ones, his friends, and his fellow officers who have lost not only a colleague, but someone they loved, trusted and cared about. I am also thinking about the many police officers across Ontario who will put on the uniform tomorrow and continue serving their communities despite the dangers they face.
We are still mourning the loss of OPP Constable Tarun Bali. Now another officer has made the ultimate sacrifice in service to others.
Two brave men from different backgrounds. Two loyal and dedicated public servants. Two families forever changed.
May Constable Marc Pinizzotto and Constable Tarun Bali rest in peace. Their courage, their service, and their sacrifice will never be forgotten.
