Never competed? Here's exactly how a tournament day goes. No mystery.

You weigh in. You get your bracket — matched by belt, age, and weight, so it's fair. You compete: a few matches, back to back. Then you're done.

That's the whole thing. The hardest part is signing up. Everything after it is just jiu-jitsu — the same thing you do in the gym, with a medal on the line.
