LE PREMIER MINISTRE REÇOIT EN AUDIENCE UNE DÉLÉGATION DU GROUPEMENT DES TRANSPORTEURS TERRESTRES DU CAMEROUN

Une forte délégation du groupement des transporteurs terrestres du Cameroun est en visite à Bangui, la destination finale du corridor Douala-Bangui. Elle est venue rencontrer les autorités centrafricaines pour débattre de certains dossiers qui touchent à la bonne marche des activités du secteur.

Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a bien voulu recevoir la délégation en audience au cours de la matinée de ce 5 Août 2026 en son cabinet. La délégation était dirigée par monsieur Ibrahima YAYA, Président national du Groupement des Transporteurs Terrestres du Cameroun (GTTC).

Les civilités à l'endroit du Premier Ministre, la satisfaction du Groupement suite aux opérations de démantèlement des barrières illégales ainsi que la problématique des surcharges sur le corridor ont constitué le menu principal de cette rencontre.
A sa sortie d'audience, monsieur YAYA a dit sa satisfaction de pouvoir rencontrer le Chef du Gouvernement et a salué le travail qui est en train d'être fait par les autorités centrafricaines pour assurer la sécurité des transporteurs à travers le mécanisme de l'es**rte.

Il sied de noter que pendant un certain moment ici, les transporteurs terrestres camerounais ont porté des doléances auprès du gouvernement centrafricain.
Le gouvernement que dirige le Premier Ministre Félix MOLOUA sous la très haute autorité du Président de la République, a mis les bouchées doubles afin de rassurer les acteurs du transport terrestre avec l'es**rte sécuritaire de tous les convois qui quittent Gara-Boulaï pour atteindre Bangui. Toute chose qui rentre dans la volonté politique de la République Centrafricaine dans le cadre de la libre circulation des biens et des personnes. Cela est en ligne avec les directives communautaires de la Communauté Économique Monétaire de l'Afrique Centrale (CEMAC).

PRIME MINISTER HOSTS A DELEGATION FROM THE CAMEROON LAND TRANSPORT ASSOCIATION

A large delegation from the Cameroon Land Transport Association is visiting Bangui, the final destination of the Douala-Bangui corridor. The delegation came to meet with Central African authorities to discuss certain issues affecting the smooth operation of the sector.

The Prime Minister and Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, graciously received the delegation in his office on the morning of August 5, 2026. The delegation was led by Mr. Ibrahima YAYA, National President of the Cameroon Land Transporters Association (GTTC).

The main topics of discussion during the meeting included expressions of respect for the Prime Minister, the Association’s satisfaction with the removal of illegal roadblocks, and the issue of overloading along the corridor.

Upon leaving the meeting, Mr. YAYA expressed his satisfaction at having been able to meet with the Head of Government and commended the work currently being done by the Central African authorities to ensure the safety of transporters through the es**rt mechanism.

It should be noted that, for some time now, Cameroonian land transporters have been raising grievances with the Central African government.
The government led by Prime Minister Félix MOLOUA, under the supreme authority of the President of the Republic, has been working tirelessly to reassure land transport operators by providing security es**rts for all convoys leaving Gara-Boulaï bound for Bangui. All of this is part of the Central African Republic’s political commitment to the free movement of goods and people. This is in line with the guidelines of the Central African Economic and Monetary Community (CEMAC).

‎Présent à Bangui dans le cadre de l'ouverture de la deuxième session du conseil économique, social et environnemental de la République Centrafricaine, le Président du conseil économique social et environnemental du Maroc a été reçu ce mardi matin par le Premier Ministre afin de débattre des questions de la relation bilatérale entre le Maroc - RCA et les questions essentielles relatives à tous les conseils économiques et sociaux d'Afrique.

‎Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a accordé très tôt ce matin du 4 Août 2026 une audience à la délégation à la délégation de l'Union des Conseils Économiques et Sociaux d'Afrique ( UCESA) dirigée par son Président Dr Abdelkader AMARA, Président du Conseil Économique et social du Maroc. Il a été présenté au Chef du par monsieur Alfred POLOKO , Président du Conseil Économique, social et environnemental de la République Centrafricaine.
‎Les échanges ont porté sur les relations bilatérales qui existent entre la République Centrafricaine et le Royaume Chérifien et sur les sujets qui font souvent l'objet des débats des conseils économiques et sociaux.
‎Parmi ces sujets, il y a la question de la croissance économique. Le Royaume du Maroc est exemple réussi de la croissance économique grâce à la diversification de l'économie basée sur une industrialisation de pointe. Un exemple que la République Centrafricaine peut bien copier.
‎L'échange très cordial entre le Premier Ministre et son hôte a été très apprécié par Dr AMARA qui compte revenir de temps en temps en Centrafrique afin d'appuyer le pays dans les efforts de son décollage économique soutenu.

‎While in Bangui for the opening of the second session of the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council of the Central African Republic, the President of Morocco’s Economic, Social, and Environmental Council was received this Tuesday morning by the Prime Minister to discuss issues related to bilateral relations between Morocco and the CAR, as well as key issues concerning all economic and social councils in Africa.

‎Early this morning, August 4, 2026, the Prime Minister and Head of Government, Mr. Félix MOLOUA, granted an audience to the delegation from the Union of African Economic and Social Councils (UCESA), led by its President, Dr. Abdelkader AMARA, President of the Economic and Social Council of Morocco. The delegation was introduced to the Head of Government by Mr. Alfred POLOKO, President of the Economic, Social, and Environmental Council of the Central African Republic.
‎Discussions focused on bilateral relations between the Central African Republic and the Kingdom of Morocco, as well as on topics frequently debated by economic and social councils.
‎Among these topics is the issue of economic growth. The Kingdom of Morocco is a successful example of economic growth achieved through economic diversification based on cutting-edge industrialization. It is an example that the Central African Republic could certainly emulate.
‎The very cordial exchange between the Prime Minister and his host was greatly appreciated by Dr. AMARA, who plans to return to the Central African Republic from time to time to support the country in its efforts toward sustained economic growth.

LES DERNIERS HOMMAGES DE LA NATION AU REGRETTE MAIRE DU 3EME ARRONDISSEMENT

La nation centrafricaine a rendu un dernier hommage au regretté maire du 3eme arrondissement El Hadj BALLA DODO décédé au cours de la prière mortuaire qui a eu lieu ce lundi 3 Août aux premières lueurs de la matinée.
Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA était aux côtés du Président de la République, Chef de l'État Son Excellence Pr Faustin Archange TOUADERA, du Président de l'Assemblée nationale l'honorable Simplice Mathieu SARANDJI et de la communauté musulmane dans ces moments douloureux de deuil.
Le regretté BALLA DODO a servi la mairie du 3eme arrondissement pendant 17 ans . Un grand artisan de la paix, du vivre ensemble et de la cohésion sociale qui s'en est allé.
Puisse Allah le miséricordieux l'accueillir dans son paradis.

The Central African nation paid its final tribute to the late mayor of the 3rd District, El Hadj BALLA DODO, who passed away during the funeral prayer held this Monday, August 3, at the first light of dawn.
Prime Minister and Head of Government Mr. Félix MOLOUA stood alongside the President of the Republic and Head of State, His Excellency Prof. Faustin Archange TOUADERA; the Speaker of the National Assembly, the Honorable Simplice Mathieu SARANDJI; and the Muslim community during these painful moments of mourning.
The late BALLA DODO served as mayor of the 3rd district for 17 years. A great champion of peace, harmony, and social cohesion has passed away.
May Allah, the Merciful, welcome him into His paradise.

LE PARTENARIAT RCA-PNUD EST TRÈS SOLIDE D'APRES JUAN GONZALES

"Le partenariat qui existe entre la République Centrafricaine et le Programme des Nations Unies pour le Développement (PNUD) est très solide" c'est ce qui ressort de l'entretien que le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement a eu très tôt ce matin avec une délégation de l'agence de développement des Nations Unies.

Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a accordé une audience très tôt ce matin du 31 Juillet 2026 à une délégation du bureau d'évaluation du programme des nations unies pour le développement ( PNUD) dirigée par monsieur Juan David GONZALES , spécialiste en évaluation venu du siège des nations unies à Ne York aux Etats Unis.

La délégation est venue présenter ses civilités au Chef du Gouvernement ainsi que l'objectif de sa visite en Centrafrique qui est celui d'évaluer le travail abattu entre la RCA et le PNUD depuis des années et recueillir ses orientations.

Il en ressort des dires de monsieur GONZALES que " le partenariat République Centrafricaine et le PNUD est très solide et qu'il y a des perspectives d'avenir et un engagement fort tant du gouvernement centrafricain que de la part du PNUD."

Il est important de souligner que le PNUD est un partenaire clé de la RCA. Il apporte un soutien essentiel dans le pays à travers le programme de stabilisation qui, depuis là mise en place du gouvernement de, a changé de cap pour devenir un programme de transformation.
Par ailleurs, le PNUD a participé activement à la réussite des élections générales de 2025 en gérant le "basket fund" de manière efficace.

“The partnership between the Central African Republic and the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) is very strong,” according to remarks made during a meeting the Prime Minister, Head of Government, held early this morning with a delegation from the United Nations development agency.

Prime Minister and Head of Government Félix MOLOUA granted an audience very early this morning, July 31, 2026, to a delegation from the Evaluation Office of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) led by Juan David GONZALES, an evaluation specialist who traveled from UN headquarters in New York, United States.

The delegation came to pay its respects to the Head of Government and to outline the purpose of its visit to the Central African Republic, which is to evaluate the work carried out between the CAR and the UNDP over the years and to seek his guidance.

According to Mr. GONZALES, “the partnership between the Central African Republic and the UNDP is very strong, and there are prospects for the future and a strong commitment from both the Central African government and the UNDP.”

It is important to emphasize that the UNDP is a key partner of the CAR. It provides essential support in the country through the stabilization program, which, since the government took office, has shifted focus to become a transformation program.
In addition, the UNDP played an active role in ensuring the success of the 2025 general elections by effectively managing the “basket fund.”

PREMIÈRE RÉUNION DU COMITÉ INTERMINISTÉRIEL CHARGÉ DE LA PLANIFICATION DE LA TRANSITION DE LA MINUSCA

Suite à la résolution 2800 de 2025 du conseil de sécurité de l'organisation des nations unies (ONU), sur l'étude de faisabilité de la transition de certaines tâches de la Mission multidimensionnelle intégrée pour la stabilisation de la République Centrafricaine MINUSCA aux autorités centrafricaines, le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement a mis en place deux organes pour traiter de la question. Il s'agit notamment du comité interministériel et du comité technique mixte chargé d'échanger directement avec les experts onusiens.

Le Premier Ministre, Chef du Gouvernement monsieur Félix MOLOUA a présidé ce jeudi 30 Juillet la première réunion du comité interministériel chargé de la planification de la transition des tâches de la MINUSCA aux autorités centrafricaines dans la salle de conférence de la Cité des Chefs d'État de la CEMAC à Bangui.

Prenaient part à cette rencontre, presque tous les membres du gouvernement qui font partie du comité interministériel et les responsables du comité technique mixte.

Pendant près d'une heure, les participants se sont penchés sur les résultats des travaux du comité technique mixte et ont exprimé des avis et présenté quelques points essentiels à la bonne marche du processus.

Une autre réunion est prévue la semaine prochaine pour évaluer les travaux du comité technique qui vont se poursuivre tout ce week-end.

FIRST MEETING OF THE INTERMINISTERIAL COMMITTEE RESPONSIBLE FOR PLANNING THE TRANSITION OF MINUSCA

Following United Nations (UN) Security Council Resolution 2800 of 2025, regarding the feasibility study on the transition of certain tasks from the United Nations Multidimensional Integrated Stabilization Mission in the Central African Republic (MINUSCA) to the Central African authorities, the Prime Minister, Head of Government, has established two bodies to address the issue. These include the interministerial committee and the joint technical committee tasked with communicating directly with UN experts.

On Thursday, July 30, Prime Minister and Head of Government Félix MOLOUA chaired the first meeting of the Interministerial Committee responsible for planning the transition of MINUSCA’s tasks to the Central African authorities in the conference room of the CEMAC Heads of State in City of Bangui.

Attending the meeting were nearly all members of the government who sit on the interministerial committee, as well as officials from the Joint Technical Committee.

For nearly an hour, participants reviewed the results of the Joint Technical Committee’s work, shared their views, and highlighted several key points essential to the smooth progress of the process.

Another meeting is scheduled for next week to evaluate the work of the technical committee, which will continue throughout this weekend.
