CII India Africa Conclave
Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) in partnership with Ministry of External Affairs and Ministry of Commerce and Industry, Government of India initiated the Africa Conclave on India-Africa Partnership in 2005. Since inception, the Conclave has emerged as one of the largest congregations of senior ministers, policy makers and business leaders from Africa and India, cutting across sectors. Over the years, the Conclave has witnessed participation of over 10000 African and over 8500 Indian delegates. The Conclave has also hosted over 500 senior Ministers, including heads of states from Africa.
The 19 th edition of the Conclave will aim to serve as an instrument for Africa’s growth and the role of India-Africa partnership in regional and global value chains integration. Besides bilateral, trilateral, and regional discussions, the Conclave will focus on some of the key areas of partnership and emerging opportunities in Agriculture Food Processing, Defence, Digital Partnership, Financial Partnership, Healthcare Pharmaceuticals, Infrastructure, Power and Energy, Quality Ecosystem, Skill Capacity Development, and others.
While the Conclave will retain elements such as business conferences, exhibitions, and B2B meetings, we are introducing the option of product launches during the event to reflect upon the AAA approach of Indian business towards Africa – Affordable, Adaptable, and Appropriate.

CII India Africa Conclave 2024
La Confédération de l'industrie indienne (CII), en partenariat avec le ministère des Affaires extérieures et le ministère du Commerce et de l'Industrie, le gouvernement indien a lancé le Conclave africain sur le partenariat Inde-Afrique en 2005. Depuis sa création, le Conclave est devenu l'une des plus grandes congrégations de de hauts ministres, des décideurs politiques et des chefs d’entreprise d’Afrique et d’Inde, de tous secteurs. Au fil des années, le Conclave a vu la participation de plus de 10 000 délégués africains et de plus de 8 500 indiens. Le Conclave a également accueilli plus de 500 ministres de haut rang, dont des chefs d'État africains.
La 19e édition du Conclave visera à servir d’instrument pour la croissance de l’Afrique et le rôle du partenariat Inde-Afrique dans l’intégration des chaînes de valeur régionales et mondiales. Outre les discussions bilatérales, trilatérales et régionales, le Conclave se concentrera sur certains des domaines clés de partenariat et des opportunités émergentes dans les domaines de la transformation des aliments, de la défense, du partenariat numérique, du partenariat financier, des produits pharmaceutiques de santé, des infrastructures, de l'électricité et de l'énergie, de l'écosystème de qualité, des compétences. Développement des capacités, et autres.
Alors que le Conclave conservera des éléments tels que des conférences d'affaires, des expositions et des réunions B2B, nous introduisons l'option de lancements de produits pendant l'événement pour réfléchir à l'approche AAA des entreprises indiennes envers l'Afrique – abordable, adaptable et appropriée.

01 March 2024: Ambassador Shri Madan-Lal RAIGAR, during his official tour to Pointe-Noire had a courtesy meeting with HE Mme Evelyne Tchichelle, the Mayor of the City of Pointe-Noire. The senior officers from the Mayor’s office were also present during this meeting. Ambassador briefed the Mayor about the India-Congo relations. The Mayor welcomed the Ambassador on his maiden vist to the city and conveyed her greetings and best wishes for a fruitful assignment in Congo.
