О фотовыставке «Украденное золото скифов».

В рамках встречи Посла А.Э.Салтыкова с представителями ивуарских СМИ 20 августа с.г. в Абиджане состоялась презентация фотовыставки «Украденное золото скифов».
В ходе презентации Посол подчеркнул, что история «скифского золота» - яркий пример политизации культурного наследия и грубого нарушения принципов музейного сотрудничества. Решение нидерландского суда о передаче коллекции Украине стало опасным прецедентом, которое в угоду политической конъюнктуре нивелировало принципы сохранения и возвращения культурных ценностей.
Фотовыставка вызвала интерес журналистов и стала поводом для обсуждения вопросов защиты культурного наследия от политизации и незаконного удержания за рубежом.

À propos de l'exposition photographique «L'or scythe volé».
Le 20 août, à Abidjan, l'Ambassadeur Alexei Saltykov a rencontré des représentants des médias ivoiriens pour présenter l'exposition photographique
«L'or scythe volé».
Cette exposition retrace l'histoire d'une collection unique, emportée de Crimée aux Pays-Bas pour l'exposition de 2014 «Crimée: Or et secrets de la mer Noire ». Suite au coup d'État en Ukraine, Amsterdam a refusé de restituer les pièces aux musées de Crimée et les a remises à Kiev. Ces trésors culturels, exportés à l'étranger pour des expositions temporaires, ont ainsi été conservés illégalement et ont fait l'objet de poursuites judiciaires.
Lors de la présentation, l'Ambassadeur a souligné que l'histoire de cet « or scythe » illustre de façon frappante la politisation du patrimoine culturel et constitue une violation flagrante des principes de coopération muséale. La décision du tribunal néerlandais de transférer la collection à l'Ukraine crée un dangereux précédent, compromettant les principes de préservation et de restitution des trésors culturels à des fins politiques. L'exposition photographique a attiré l'attention des journalistes et a suscité des débats sur la protection du patrimoine culturel contre la politisation et la détention illégale à l'étranger.

20 августа 2026 г. в Абиджане состоялась встреча Посла России А.Э.Салтыкова с представителями средств массовой информации
Кот-д’Ивуара, посвящённая предстоящему Третьему саммиту Россия-Африка (Москва, 28-29 октября с.г.).
В ходе мероприятия глава дипмиссии представил журналистам основные направления подготовки к Саммиту, рассказал о его повестке и ключевых приоритетах российско-африканского взаимодействия в торгово-экономической и гуманитарной сферах.
В рамках встречи состоялся обмен мнениями по актуальным вопросам России со странами континента.
В конце встречи, прошедшей в теплой и дружественной обстановке, гостям были предложены угощения из блюд традиционной русской кухни.

Le 20 août 2026, l'Ambassadeur de Russie, Alexeï Saltykov, a rencontré des représentants des médias ivoiriens à Abidjan afin d'évoquer le troisième sommet Russie-Afrique (Moscou, 28-29 octobre 2026).
Lors de cette rencontre, le chef de la mission diplomatique a présenté aux journalistes les principaux axes de préparation du sommet, son ordre du jour et les priorités de la coopération russo-africaine dans les domaines commercial, économique et humanitaire.
La réunion a permis un échange de vues sur les questions d'actualité entre la Russie et les pays africains.
À l'issue de cette rencontre, qui s'est déroulée dans une ambiance chaleureuse et conviviale, les invités ont pu déguster des spécialités culinaires russes.

18 августа Посол Российской Федерации А.Э.Салтыков был принят Госминистром, Министром иностранных дел и международного сотрудничества РКИ Ниале Каба.
Стороны обсудили перспективы укрепления двусторонних отношений, а также вопросы региональной и международной повестки. Было выражено обоюдное стремление развивать сотрудничество в областях, представляющих взаимный интерес.

Le 18 août, S.E.l’Ambassadeur de la Fédération de Russie Monsieur A.Saltykov a été reçu par S.E. Ministre d’État, Ministre des Affaires étrangères et de la Coopération internationale de la République de Côte d’Ivoire Madame Niale Kaba.

Les parties ont porté leurs échanges sur des perspectives de renforcement des relations bilatérales, ainsi que sur des questions de l’agenda régional et international. Une volonté mutuelle de développer la coopération dans les domaines d’intérêt mutuel a été exprimé.

14 августа посол России А.Э.Салтыков принял вновь назначенного главу региональной делегации Международного Комитета Красного Креста Лоренцо Редалье.
В ходе беседы стороны обсудили гуманитарную ситуацию в странах Западной Африки, деятельность МККК в регионе, а также перспективы взаимодействия по вопросам, представляющим взаимный интерес.
Посол подтвердил готовность российской стороны поддерживать конструктивный диалог с краснокрестниками по актуальным гуманитарным вопросам.

Le 14 août, l’Ambassadeur de la Fédération de Russie A.Saltykov a reçu le nouveau chef de la Délégation régionale du Comité international de la Croix-Rouge, Lorenzo Redalié.

Au cours de la conversation, les parties ont discuté de la situation humanitaire dans les pays d’Afrique de l’Ouest, des activités du CICR dans la région, ainsi que des perspectives de coopération sur des questions d’intérêt mutuel.

L’Ambassadeur a confirmé la volonté de la Partie russe de maintenir un dialogue constructif avec la Croix-Rouge sur des questions humanitaires d’actualité.

О концерте российской певицы

1 августа лауреат международных и всероссийских конкурсов, художественный руководитель Музыкального театра-студии ANIMA певица Наталья Кирилова выступила с концертом на резиденции посла России А.Э.Салтыкова перед послами и руководителями дипмиссий Китая, Индии, Ливана, Мали, Буркина-Фасо, Нигера, и представителями международных организаций, бизнесменами и друзьями нашей страны. Были исполнены русские народные песни, романсы, попурри из песен военных лет. Н.Кирилловой аккомпанировал пианист, композитор, лауреат всероссийских и международных конкурсов Дмитрий Мальцев.
Мероприятие прошло в дружеской творческой обстановке и подтвердило интерес к российской культуре.

Le 1er août, la lauréate des concours internationaux et panrusses, directrice artistique du théâtre-studio musical ANIMA, la chanteuse Natalia Kirillova, a donné un concert à la résidence de l'Ambassadeur de Russie A.Saltykov devant les ambassadeurs et les chefs des missions diplomatiques de la Chine, de l'Inde, du Liban, du Mali, du Burkina Faso, du Niger, et des représentations d'organisations internationales, des hommes d'affaires et des amis de notre pays.
Des chansons folkloriques russes, des romances, un medley de chansons de la période de la grande guerre patriotique ont été interprétées.
N.Kirillova a été accompagnée par le pianiste, compositeur, lauréat des concours internationaux et panrusses Dmitry Maltsev.
L'événement s'est tenu dans une atmosphère créative amicale et a confirmé l'intérêt pour la culture russe.

О первом форуме выпускников

31 июля Посол России А.Э.Салтыков принял участие в первом форуме ивуарских выпускников российских/советских вузов, прошедшем в Абиджане,
В своем выступлении дипломат отметил значение образовательного сотрудничества между Россией и Кот-д’Ивуаром, которое позволяет вносить весомый вклад в подготовку высококвалифицированных специалистов для этой африканской страны. Были высказаны слова благодарности всем учебным заведениям России, и в первую очередь РУДН им.П.Лумумбы, которые на протяжении десятилетий воспитывают лидеров, объединенных идеалами гуманизма, дружбы и созидания.
Посол зачитал приветствие руководителя Россотрудничества И. Ю. Чайки.
С видеообращением к участникам форума обратился Президент Всемирной ассоциации выпускников советских и российских вузов Г.В.Петушков.
Правительство РКИ представлял Министр-делегат по вопросам технического образования Ж.-Л. Муло, который высоко оценил качество российского образования и призвал Ассоциацию выпускников играть более весомую роль в экономическом развитии страны.
Русские народные песни и романсы перед участниками форума прозвучали в исполнении лауреата международных и всероссийских конкурсов певицы Натальи Кирилловой в сопровождении пианиста Дмитрия Мальцева.

Sur le premier forum des alumni ivoiriens des universités russes et soviétiques

Le 31 juillet, l'Ambassadeur de Russie A.Saltykov a participé au premier forum des diplômés ivoiriens des universités russes/soviétiques, qui s'est tenu à Abidjan.

Dans son discours, le diplomate a souligné l'importance de la coopération éducative entre la Russie et la Côte d'Ivoire, qui permet d'apporter une contribution significative à la formation de spécialistes hautement qualifiés pour ce pays africain. Des mots de gratitude ont été exprimés à tous les établissements d'enseignement supérieur de Russie, et tout d'abord à l'Université de l'amitié des peuples P. Lumumba, qui depuis des décennies assurent la formation des leaders unis par les idéaux de l'humanisme, de l'amitié et de la création.

L'Ambassadeur a lu l’adresse du Chef de l’Agence Rossotrudnichestvo I. Chaïka.

Le Président de l'Association mondiale des anciens étuduanrs des universités soviétiques et russes G.Petushkov s'est adressé aux participants du forum avec un message vidéo.

Le Gouvernement ivoirien était représenté par le Ministre-délégué à l'enseignement technique J.-L. Moulot, qui a beaucoup apprécié la qualité de l’enseignement russe et a appelé l'Association des anciens élèves à jouer un rôle plus important dans le développement économique du pays.

Le 27 juillet marque la Journée de commémoration des enfants victimes de la guerre du Donbass.

🕯 July 27 marks the Day of Remembrance for the Child Victims of the War in Donbass.

Exactly 12 years ago, Ukrainian militants launched a barbaric attack on central Gorlovka using Grad MLRS. A photograph of local resident Kristina Zhuk holding her one-year-old daughter, killed in the attack, spread around the world – becoming a symbol of senseless cruelty and the terrible human cost of the war unleashed by the Kiev regime.

By painstakingly reconstructing the events, investigators from the Russian Investigative Committee established that the strike on residential areas was no accident. Investigators and forensic experts have gathered irrefutable evidence showing that attacks on Donbass civilian infrastructure were deliberate – evidence that now underpins criminal proceedings.

The results are already evident: dozens of guilty verdicts have been handed down against those who directed weapons at civilians. Everyone responsible – those who issued criminal orders and fired the weapons, supplied arms and provided target coordinates, trained personnel and turned a blind eye to the deaths of children – will face deserved and inevitable punishment.

Today, candles are being lit across Russian cities. Flowers and toys are being laid at memorials to the innocent victims, while white balloons are being released into the sky.

🕯 June 22 marks the Day of Memory and Sorrow — the most tragic date in the history of our country.

On this very day 8️⃣5️⃣ years ago, on June 22, 1941, the Great Patriotic War of the Soviet people commenced — the N**i Germany and its European 'axis' accomplices treacherously attacked our Motherland, without a declaration of war.

⬛️ The Great Patriotic War lasted for 1418 days and nights, claimed lives of some 27 million Soviet citizens. It was the nationwide tragedy that brought terrible suffering to each and every family in our country.

Today, June 22 echoes with sorrow, grief and pain for the ruined lives of millions of our people.

The enemy — the German N**is and their European satellites — invaded the Soviet Union with one aim — to destroy, mercilessly eliminate, kill and physically annihilate our Motherland's entire population regardless of people's ethnic, racial or religious background. During the occupation of Soviet territories, Hitler’s troops killed 13.7 million Soviet civilians, including women and children. They carried out the real GENOCIDE as part of their so-called 'Lebensraum' policy to gain the living space in the East for German colonisation.

⬛️ At dawn on June 22, the N**i aircraft launched massive strikes on airfields, railway stations, naval bases, deployments of the Red Army forces, and cities along the entire western state border of the USSR and up to 250-300 km into Soviet territory. Together with N**i Germany, Romania, Italy, Finland, Slovakia, France, Croatia, Spain, Denmark, the Netherlands and other 'axis' powers allied to the Third Reich took part in the aggression against our country. The industries of almost the entire European continent served the aggressors.

The facts of collaboration of the majority of European governments, military, industrial circles and citizens with the N**is are not and will never ever be forgotten.

It was our country that took the main blow of the N**i aggression. It was the Soviet Victorious People who showed unparalleled heroism and resilience, fighting for the freedom of our Motherland. Our nation paid for the with the blood of 27 million Soviet citizens who not only expelled N**is from Soviet territory but also heroically saved Europe from the 'N**i plague'.

The tragedy that befell our people was directly caused by the evil ripening in the heart of Europe — N**ism, the ideology of human hatred and racial supremacy over other peoples and nations.

This year marks 85 years since N**i Germany’s attack on the Soviet Union.
