New leadership takes over with renewed commitment
The general assembly of the Southern Cameroons Recognition Council, SCRC has today february 19, 2021 ended in Gothenburg with the election of a new team to steer the affairs of the movement and push further the recognition agenda of Southern Cameroons as an independent state.
Mufua Blecka Gahbi emerged as the president while Egbe Roland was elected secretary and Amabo Sharon as diplomatic and outreach officer.
Top on their agenda is the pressing need to revamp the movement's diplomatic push within the EU member ststaes and seek allies for the eventual resolution of the ongoing conflict in the Southern Cameroons where over 8000 lives have been lost. ''Afetr five years of the bloody confrontation in our land, we all have a moral obligation to put our lives on the line to see into it that our homeland is free from colonisation by La Republique Du Cameroun.'' stated Mufua Blecka as he took over the leadership mantle.
