We the Cameroonian students mindful of law No 90/053 of 19th December 1990, deeply aware of the government policy to promote poverty alleviation and empower the youths; conscious of the urgent and ever-increasing need for self-reliant and sustainable development;
Determined to promote and guarantee the rich cultural diversity of our country Cameroon and its national values; hereby properly consti

tute ourselves into an organisation and establish on this day the 30/08/2009 the constitution for the National Association Of Cameroonian University Students (NACUS) hereinafter referred to as “the ASSOCIATION”.
