Netzaberg Elementary is a PK-5th grade Department of War Education Activity (DOWEA) school serving the Netzaberg and the surrounding area. It is headed by a director who oversees all agency functions from DOWEA headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia. DOWEA's schools are divided into three regions; DOWEA Europe; DOWEA Pacific; and DOWEA Americas. Within each of these three r
