🌍✨ RELAX Youth Exchange – Hamburg; Germany

Our empowerment journey continues in Hamburg as participants from 🇹🇷 & 🇮🇹 dive into powerful conversations and activities around emotions, emotional resilience, and intercultural understanding.

Through interactive workshops, reflection circles, and group activities, young people are learning how to:

💬 better understand and express their emotions
🌱 build emotional resilience and healthy coping skills
🤝 create meaningful connections across cultures
🌍 strengthen their intercultural competence and empathy

It has been inspiring to see participants share experiences, support one another, and grow together in a safe and engaging learning environment.

From morning connection walks to creative activities like vision boards and emotion mapping, every moment is helping participants build skills that will support their wellbeing and relationships long after the exchange ends.

We’re excited for the next days of learning, collaboration, and unforgettable memories!

We had a great and inspiring time at the “Networks in Bloom” Project Partnership Building Activity (PBA) meeting in Zaragoza.

The event focused on building new partnerships, exploring innovative methodologies, and developing practical skills to design projects that meaningfully integrate art, nature, and non-formal education.

This PBA was a valuable opportunity to:

🤝 Strengthen our networks and collaboration with like-minded organizations.

💡 Exchange professional insights and best practices on using art and nature to foster environmental awareness

🛠️ Develop concrete skills for designing inclusive, creative, and non-formal education projects

🚀 Lay the foundation for future collaborative initiatives that promote a more inclusive and equitable society
