The Old Man and the Sea is a short novel written by the American author Ernest Hemingway in 1951 in Cuba, and published in 1952. It was the last major work of fiction by Hemingway that was published during his lifetime. One of his most famous works, it tells the story of Santiago, an aging Cuban fisherman who struggles with a giant marlin far out in the Gulf Stream off the coast of Cuba.

They Say: "Today's readers are tomorrow's leaders"...well, they could be tomorrow's detectives as well! Today, our juniors have embarked on a journey to the mysterious Burgh Island to solve one of the gloomiest crimes of twentieth century's literature ...by analysing the littlest details of the plot, discussing the darkest motives of the characters and scrutinizing their very trivial deeds and thoughts, Juniors had fun reconstructing the crime scene and ended up collecting evidence about who could be the murderer in the story.

يسر أسرة نادي ITalk أن تعلن عن إنطلاق ركن القراءة باللغة الإنجليزية الخاص بالأطفال المتراوحة أعمارهم بين 12و 15 سنة وذلك كمبادرة من الدكتورة لبعل إيمان أستاذة في قسم اللغة الإنجليزية جامعة باتنة 2 باحثة في علم اللسانيات، والتي ستشرف على ركن القراءة الذي يهدف إلى تشجيع الأطفال على التواصل السليم باللغة الإنجليزية والتفكير بها قبل النطق، أي تجاوز مرحلة الترجمة الذهنية.. كما يهدف ركن القراءة إلى غرس القيم والأخلاق الحميدة في الأطفال عن طريق إستخلاص العبر من القصص القصيرة التي سيتعرضون لها لطبيعتها الهادفة.

شروط الإنخراط في النادي:
⚪ السن مابين 12و15 سنة.
⚪ إتقان القراءة والتحدث باللغة الإنجليزية (مستوىA2+)
⚪الإلتزام بقراءة القصص والحضور في الوقت المحدد.

Our next book to be discussed is Conditions of Renaissance for Malik Bin Nabi (شروط النهضة)

Malek Bennabi (January 1, 1905–October 31, 1973) (Arabic: مالك بن نبي‎) was an Algerian writer and philosopher, who wrote about human society, particularly Muslim society with a focus on the reasons behind the fall of Muslim civilization. According to Malek Bennabi, the lack of new ideas in Islamic thought emerged what he coined civilizational bankruptcy. He argued that in order to recover its former magnificence, Islamic society had to become an environment in which individuals felt empowered. In order to satisfy his spiritual and material needs, a Muslim needed to feel that his industry and creativity would find reward.

Our fourth speaker is BOUGHAZI Abdelmalek, a 6th year med student, a passionate fella, a social activist, and a person who inspires to be a writer, having lived in the north and the south he absorbed a variety of cultures, being part of different groups and clubs such as imagine youth voices, Maghrebian blood donation day 2k17, I talk, doing so, he sure have gained an interesting viewpoints and notions , that we are so eager to hear about and discover.

Meet our third speaker, OUALI Sara will join us on Skype from Algiers, she is a student in secondary education specialized in experimental sciences.
- She is a member in the Islamic Scout of Cheraga.
- She is a member in the Green Club of Cheraga concerned in the protection of environment.

Meet our first speaker, Aymen BOUREBALA is a high school student stream literature and foreign languages; he was the youngest Algerian author in 2017 for publishing two novels ''صرخة'' and ''كرة خاسرة'', he won the first place in the Arabic reading challenge in Batna 2018 for which he was rewarded by the general secretary of the Arabic reading challenge Nedjla SIFELCHAMESI, and from the president of the People's Assembly Batna. He won the first place in ''أقلام بلادي'' competition in Batna 2019 in Arabic section, he was rewarded by the ex- governor and the general secretary of Btana for winning the first place in the creative writing competition organized by the ministry of education 2019.
Aymen was rewarded for many other achievements in different cities and universities and culture houses.
He is a certified digital marketer from GOOGLE and IDRAK, he he is also a social activist, active member in the I Talk club, amateur athlete and a blogger.
