VOICE OF TEENAGERS IN EUROPE
Description

The VOTE (Voice of Teenagers in Europe) is Erasmus+ project. Our biggest goal is to grow the political responsibility of teenagers. It helps us to be an active part in politics, finding jobs and prepares us for life lasting studies

We have 30 participants from 3 states - from Estonia, Greece and The Czech Republic. Our participants are 17 - 18 years old.

The participants and our group leaders are from the nearest part of the state borders and small towns. The main goals of the projects are to find out, through the different activities, the solutions how to spread youngs' voice, how the young can be the active part in political decisions and to encourage the young to be the active citizens in their home-country, in the state and in European Union. We are confident, that our project will be awesome and full of youth power!

In 2015 the VOTE team handed over the Manifest to the Vice-President of Estonian Parliament - Jüri Ratas. In 2017 Jüri Ratas visited the Kilingi-Nõmme Gymnasium as Prime Minister of Estonia and talked to the Estonian team of Vote about politics in Estonia.

We wish all the best to Jüri and hope to meet him again in the future!

The VOTE project brings together 30 youngsters from 3 European countries: the Czech Republic, Greece and our hosts from Estonia with the aim of cultivating and increasing participants’ political responsibility, because in this way they will be active members of the society and will find jobs easier.
