Our idea simply is to make the subsidized bread industry in Egypt 100% automated, that will help us to ensure delivering the support to citizens with best quality and less time. We will put flour in it and wait for loaves at the other side. It will have a 24/7 internet connection between the machine and the ministry of supply. The machine will record the amount of raw flour inside it and number of
loaves produced. These recorded data will be sent to the ministry of supply daily. That will ensure an excellent supervision from the ministry of supply on the baker. The machine will produce bread with its standards specifications which ensures best quality and that will save a lot of wasted raw materials in the manual industry. A database inside the machine will be there to have the data of the citizens in the neighborhood. That will help to let everyone get the deserved number of loaves daily, no more no less. By making this machine, we are introducing a new way to solve one of the major crises prevailed in Egypt so far. We seek to have a national project which will help the people who suffered too much. Not only that, we are seeking to develop our project in the future. We will add a renewable-energy source to make the machine work with its best efficiency. Making the subsidized bread industry in Egypt 100% automated is not easy, but we dream to see “Made in Egypt” on an Egyptian product. It will be our main motivation in this project.
