1. مقدمة عن الفسيولوجيا التناسلية للأرانب وأهميتها الاقتصادية في الإنتاج الحيواني.

2. التنظيم الهرموني للتكاثر عبر محور الوطاء–الغدة النخامية–الغدد التناسلية (HPG Axis).

3. نمو الحويصلات المبيضية والإباضة، مع التركيز على ظاهرة الإباضة المستحثة في الأرانب.

4. الوظائف الأمومية ومعدلات الخصوبة العالية المميزة للأرانب.

5. تأثير الإجهاد الحراري على النشاط المبيضي وجودة البويضات لدى الإناث (Does).

6. تأثير الإجهاد الحراري على الإخصاب والنمو الجنيني وإدرار اللبن.

7. تأثير الإجهاد الحراري على جودة السائل المنوي وعملية تكوين الحيوانات المنوية لدى الذكور (Bucks).

2. تقييم جودة السائل المنوي وحيوية الحيوانات المنوية لدى الذكور.

3. قياس المؤشرات الفسيولوجية والهرمونية الدالة على الإجهاد الحراري.

4. التطبيقات العملية لاستراتيجيات التخفيف من آثار الإجهاد الحراري الغذائية والبيئية.

5. متابعة عملية للتغيرات في الأداء التناسلي تحت ظروف محاكاة للإجهاد الحراري.

Nanotechnology: Construction of smart nano-polymeric materials for advanced application

Theoretical lectures

• Principles of synthesis of nano-polymeric materials (nano-polymers or copolymers, polymeric nanocomposites.
• Discussion of synthesis of nano-polymeric materials in different forms for different application.
• Discussion of various advanced applications for the synthesized polymers, such as drug delivery (oral or transdermal), enzyme immobilization, culture heritage conservation and protection, water treatments and biosensors.
• Introduction to nano biosensors, principles, types, and applications. Then, how using the nano-polymeric materials for developing the biosensors.
• Presentation of many analytical characterization for many previous work

Practical sessions

• Synthesis of nano-polymer, polymeric nanocomposites and metal nanoparticles through easy low cost eco-friendly technique.
• Fabrication of polymeric system in various forms for various application
• Application of the synthesized polymers in drug delivery (oral or transdermal), water treatments, culture heritage conservation and protection, and enzyme immobilization.
• Analysis of the produced polymers according to their application.
• Using the nano-polymeric materials for developing the biosensors. And their characterization using electrochemical techniques and measurement of sensitivity.
• Hands-on use of potentiostat, drop-casting, and functionalization methods
