Bicol University Extension Management Division - BUEMD We are the heart of the University. It includes community organizing activities and similar extension, or community development work.

The BUEMD has championed community development, built competencies, and created opportunities for over 50 years within the university and beyond, reaching grassroots communities and marginalized sectors. It also involves packaging/demonstration, and application of appropriate technology, materials, tools, processes and products, generated through research and technical studies in selected communities for countrywide adoption.
