Shegerhive Business & Tech Hub a newly opened co working hub(Shegerhive.com) located inside Yobek Commercial Center 14'th floor will open partially end of this week May 9 2020 for startups and small business group having max of 4 people in the team. We offer it for free. Each group is supposed to bring their own santizers. Please share and spread the word !

Hello , unfurnished penthouse available to anyone who can furnish themselves and who are looking for long term stay somewhere safe, convenient, and quiet. The area is located at Yobek Commercial Center, besides Wabi Shebelle Hotel at Mexico. The area is soon to be financial hub of Addis Ababa with major banks headquatered.

Here below is what we are currently offering :-

1. 24/7 fully working electricty and water supply （building has both backup generator and water）
2. 24/7 underground parking spot for tenants
3. Quite environment with 24/7 secuirty guarnteed and personal tenant keycard to access penthouse by elevator
4. Two separate spacious penthouses. Both Penthouses have 3 spacious bedrooms , wide living rooms, and kitchens.
5. High speed wifi and extra storage spaces
6. Lundary service available upon request for additional fee
7. Cleaning maid and cooking servants available upon request for additional fee
8. Inside the building, there is three resturants, three banks, men & female hair salon with spa and moroccan bath, rooftop co working & reading space with two meeting rooms, and also a gym（coming soon）
