Former Prime Minister Hailemariam Dessalegn Prime Minister of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia He previously served as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs.

Hailemariam Desalegn Boshe is the Prime Minister of Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia and the Chairman of the Ethiopian People's Revolutionary Democratic Front (EPRDF), the ruling party. Hailemariam also served as the Chairperson of the African Union from 2013 to 2014 and served President of the Southern Nations, Nationalities and People’s Regional State from November 2001 to March 2006.
