#捷克 衛生部長渥伊泰赫 (Adam Vojtěch)在內閣會議結束後，宣布 #捐贈台灣3萬劑疫苗！外交部誠摯感謝捷克政府伸出援手！

去年訪台的捷克參議院議長 #韋德齊 在演講中提到，台捷兩國都自由、自願地選擇了生活於民主體制，並且以一句「#我是台灣人」結尾，感動人心。

而今，「患難見真情」正是此刻台捷真摯友誼的最佳寫照，全球疫情蔓延擴散時，兩國加強合作、相互扶持，議長 #韋德齊 特別在推特表示，這份禮物具有重大象徵意義，因台灣多次幫助捷克，而回贈疫苗展現捷克對台灣的支持。

在疫情之下，所有人的健康安全是不可分割的，在台捷兩國更靠近的這刻，我們也想回覆一句：「Jsem Čech」( #我是捷克人)

The government of our #LikeMinded friend in the #CzechRepublic has announced that they will donate 30,000 vaccine doses to #Taiwan.

Czech Minister of Health Adam Vojtěch announced the planned donation July 26. President of the Czech Senate Miloš Vystrčil--who previously uttered the iconic phrase “I am Taiwanese” during a visit here--took to Twitter to emphasize the symbolism of returning Taiwan’s mask donation during the height of the pandemic. The gesture of solidarity from the Czech Republic, sorely needed if we’re to #EndThisPandemic, shows that the country understands that when it comes to health, no-one can be left behind! So we'd like to echo the sentiments of the Senate President with a simple statement, "Jsem Čech!"

In 1954 Taiwanese agricultural experts visited Florida and brought back the #IrwinMango, which is one of the predominant #mango species in #Taiwan today. In 1962, the godfather of Taiwan's mango industry Cheng Han-chih planted 100 Irwin mango trees, but it was only in the third year that he got his first mango harvest.

A lot of toil, trial and error and sunshine, along with the natural features of the Taiwanese landscape, resulted in the sweet and juicy fruit often served with shredded ice today!

Guidelines for border traffic during pandemic - The Finnish Border Guard

國人同胞請注意：

鑒於芬蘭疫情近來不斷升溫，為遏止高傳染力的Delta變種病毒快速擴散，芬蘭政府調整入境防疫規定，自7月12日起所有入境旅客必須提供下列健康證明文件之一
(1)完整疫苗接種證明、(2)過去6月內曾感染新冠病毒且康復證明、(3)過去72小時內之陰性檢測報告或(4)至少14天前接種第一劑疫苗之證明；提供(3)或(4)文件之入境民眾須於入境後依照相關單位規定於3至5天內進行篩檢。

來自每10萬人低於10人感染之低風險國家旅客可以免除提供上述健康證明文件，但若轉機國家之感染率高於標準仍應備妥相關文件，低感染風險國家依據芬蘭國家衛生及福利研究院(Finnish Institute for Health and Welfare，THL)公告之報告為準，網址請參考

兩週前立陶宛宣布捐贈台灣20,000劑疫苗，外交部長Gabrielius Landsbergis 推文說：「#熱愛自由的人民應該相互照應！」，更讓我們深深感動，Ačiū 啊啾。

台灣 義美食品 在第一時間表示要回贈小泡芙，並且加碼到兩貨櫃(3600箱、43200盒)，專屬設計的包裝盒也在今天出爐，兩國國旗並列，下方以立陶宛文與英文寫上「感謝立陶宛」等字樣，搭配台灣圖像及雙手捧上的愛心，向立陶宛致上台灣衷心的感謝。

突然收到來自遠方朋友的善意，台灣人民也都很想要有所回報。

Taiwanese charity worker Jill Chang also kicked off a campaign after stumbling across the Lithuanian non-profit Childhood Cancer Fund - Labdaros ir paramos fondas „Rugutė“‘s donation drive on #GlobalGiving. She issued a call for everyone in Taiwan to show their gratitude to Lithuania by helping them reach their goal. The organization raised as much money as they’ve raised in 14 years on the platform in just one month.

Lithuania also plans to establish an overseas office in Taiwan, which we hope will serve as the basis for strengthening ties between our two nations.

芬蘭將台灣列低風險國家 入境免檢疫免隔離
新聞報導：

7月1日起，國人可以恢復免簽證入境芬蘭，無需陰性檢測報告、入境隔離檢疫或疫苗接種等，不過呢，代表處提醒國人，由於台芬之間尚無直航，我國居民須經芬蘭已解除非必要旅行限制之國家轉機方可順利入境，例如歐盟區域內之奧地利、捷克、德國、義大利等，或非歐盟區域之日本、紐西蘭、新加坡、韓國、香港等，須注意上列國家隨時可能因疫情因素又遭封閉, 必須以芬蘭邊境管理局網站公告為準

#TaiwanCanHelp　不是說說喔

雖然我們現在受到Covid-19疫情衝擊，但是對國際人道援助的腳步不停歇，如同美日等友好國家對台援助，大家互相幫忙啦

去年在 #索馬利蘭共和國 設立代表處之後，醫療便是與索合作的重點領域之一，日前更簽署醫療合作協定，將會與 #TaiwanICDF 財團法人國際合作發展基金會 婦幼計畫攜手合作，改善索馬利蘭孕產婦及新生兒高死亡率的問題。除了官方的計畫，還有很多民間團體善舉，以實際行動援助！

Taiwan signed a medical cooperation agreement with Somaliland,. Taiwan Foreign Minister Wu stated that health care, along with agriculture, education, and ICT, is one of the key sectors for cooperation between the two countries and that ICDF programs in the country will help to raise the standard of medical care there, allowing Taiwan to do its part for #GlobalHealth.

【台索簽署 #醫療合作協定 深化雙邊合作】

外交部吳部長與 #索馬利蘭共和國 外交暨國際合作部代理部長歐利班（Liban Yusuf Osman），於6/16以視訊方式共同簽署「中華民國（台灣）政府與索馬利蘭共和國政府醫療合作協定」，未來台灣也將派遣醫療團前往索馬利蘭首府醫院，提供醫療服務，也希望增加索國當地的醫療能量。

台灣與索馬利蘭自2020年互設代表機構後，持續在公共衛生、資通訊、農業及教育等領域推動雙邊合作計畫，醫療更是台索雙邊合作的重點領域，這次簽署的醫療合作協定，將會與 TaiwanICDF財團法人國際合作發展基金會 婦幼計畫攜手合作，改善索馬利蘭孕產婦及新生兒高死亡率的問題。

除了政府合作之外，台灣民間團體也將愛心送到東非之角，例如 TRMPC 台灣路竹醫療和平會曾遠赴索國進行義診、 彰化基督教醫院海外醫療援助 捐贈二手醫療器材及 台積電•愛•行動 、美德醫療 Medtecs Group 捐贈防疫物資等善舉，都深植於索國人民心中。

這次簽署兩國醫療合作協定，除了研議派遣專業醫療團隊赴索，推動醫護人員能力，也希望能夠提升索國整體醫療衛生能量，並實踐台灣對於促進世界衛生發展的承諾與責任。

MOFA Minister Joseph Wu signed a medical cooperation agreement with his counterpart from #Somaliland, acting Minister Liban Yusuf Osman, via video link today, strengthening exchange between the two countries in the sector.

Under the terms of the agreement, #Taiwan is to send a medical team to provide services to a hospital in the country and help train medical staff there.

In his remarks, Minister Wu stated that health care, along with agriculture, education and ICT, is one of the key sectors for cooperation between the two countries, and that ICDF programs in the country will help to raise the standard of medical care there, allowing Taiwan to do its part for #GlobalHealth.

外交部誠摯歡迎美國聯邦參議員達克沃絲、蘇利文及昆斯來台，3位重量級國會議員特地從訪韓行程排出時間，於今日搭乘軍機旋風訪台，時程超級緊湊，挺台的心意和行動令人感動。外交部吳部長親自接機，對美國參議員組團來訪，帶來美方對台灣堅定支持的訊息表達誠摯歡迎與感謝。

達克沃絲參議員 #代表美國政府宣布將贈與台灣75萬劑疫苗！台灣是第一個美方正式、明確宣布具體援贈疫苗數量的國家，展現美國重視與台灣的夥伴關係，並將堅定支持台灣抗疫。她還提到台灣去年在疫情初期捐贈美國1000萬口罩，令人難忘；蘇利文參議員致詞提到口罩是來自台灣的愛，現在疫苗是來自美國的愛，以作為回報。

達克沃絲參議員更表示：
「我和我的家人都知道自由的代價。我在此告訴各位，美國不會讓你們孤軍奮戰，我們將與你們同在。」

吳部長表示，任何國家均無法孤軍奮戰對抗疫情。感謝美國政府宣布捐贈疫苗給台灣，感謝許多理念相近國家給予台灣的支持。台灣人民將克服疫情，如同我們以力量、團結及堅持戰勝其他挑戰。

達克沃絲、蘇利文及昆斯參議員都是我國在美國會的長期友人。達克沃絲是傳奇美軍英雄，她在伊拉克軍事行動中失去雙腳，也是第一位帶著寶寶在參議院投票的美國參議員，她與蘇利文參議員同為聯邦參議院軍事委員會成員，曾多次在美國會投票力挺友台議案；昆斯則是《台灣保證法》（Taiwan Assurance Act）及《台北法》（TAIPEI Act）的共同提案人，並且是美國總統拜登摯友，與白宮往來密切。

外交部感謝美國國會跨黨派對台灣的強勁支持，將持續與美方攜手合作，共同深化台美緊密的夥伴關係。

MOFA welcomes the whirlwind visit of Senator Tammy Duckworth and Senator Dan Sullivan of the US Senate Armed Services Committee and Senator Chris C***s of the US Senate Foreign Relations Committee to #Taiwan today, to discuss #Taiwan-#US relations, regional security and other issues of mutual concern.

The three-hour visit, part of a larger tour of the #IndoPacific region, is the first overseas delegation to be organized by the Senate Armed Services Committee since the outbreak of the #COVID19 pandemic last year. The senators had to get up very early this morning to make their show of support for Taiwan happen and will return to South Korea immediately afterwards to catch their return flight home. While here they announced the donation of 750,000 vaccines to Taiwan.
