Attention Filipinos in Finland.
The Philippine Embassy in Sweden will conduct a consular outreach to notarize documents on September 19 ( from 8.30-17.00 hrs) and on Sept. 20 ( from 8.30-12.30 hrs) at: Hotel Helga, Pohjoinen Rautatiekatu 23, Etu-Töölö, Helsinki.

PRESS RELEASE

PHILIPPINE EMBASSY IN STOCKHOLM RENDERS CONSULAR SERVICES

The Philippine Embassy in Stockholm will render consular services from 9 am to 2 pm ( no lunch break ) on 19 and 21 May 2020, Tuesday and Thursday, to serve Filipinos in Sweden.

The Embassy officially opens on 15 May with notice to the Swedish government, but in the interest of efficiency, the actual consular services are to be rendered on the above dates.

These services include passport extensions, but not passport renewals, which will still be done in Oslo.

Other services in Stockholm include civil registries, which include reports of birth, marriage, death; notarials; applications for dual citizenship; travel documents and other legal counseling.

The limited 2-day above schedule will be in effect in May 2020 because of the threat of the coronavirus, but emergency requests will be accommodated as necessary.

The address is Philippine Embassy, 4th Floor, Regus Building, 29 Olof Palmesgata 111 22 Stockholm, in front of Norra Bantorget park, a few minutes walk from T-Centralen.

Because of the requirements for social distancing and safety, appointments for slots can be requested by email to [email protected]; or by phone to 072535407, c/o Consul General Raul H. Dado, Philippine Embassy.

Please text if CG Dado cannot answer phone , he will text back quickly.

Notice to Filipinos in Finland.

In line with the practice of social distancing to prevent the spread of COVID-19, the Honorary Consulate General in Finland will be closed for walk-in customers from March 16 until further notice. We will service customers who need urgent and essential service through mail only: Tarkk'ampujankatu 2 A 6, 00140 Helsinki until April 9, 2020.

Also be informed that the Honorary Consulate General will move to a new address on April 11, 2020: Ylisrinne 6 A, 02210 Espoo ( Olari ).

Attention all Filipino citizens in Finland registered in COMELEC as Overseas voters.

As per instructions issued by COMELEC to the Phil. Embassy in Oslo, the unclaimed VOTER'S ID registered in Finland from 2015 and prior years will soon be returned to COMELEC in the Philippines.

The embassy in Oslo will transmit to the honorary consulate in Helsinki the voter's IDs of those who will email the embassy before October 31, 2019. They can be claimed in person at the consulate upon presenting a valid Philippine passport or a Philippine ID card.

Please be reminded that the application forms for Report of Birth/ Marriage/Death may be downloaded from the embassy website ( www.philembassy.no/civil-registry ).

Also note the following changes in the requirements:
The form ( 4x ) should be signed and notarized by the Maistraatti.
The Birth/Marriage/Death certificates should be legalized at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs. The consulate need not auhenticate ( i.e."red ribbon" ) them.

Applications for Reports of Birth of illegitimate children should be sent to the embassy in Oslo.
