♻️ A HISTORIC MILESTONE FOR NAUSORI TOWN COUNCIL! ♻️

Today, Nausori Town Council proudly celebrated the official opening of the Return & Earn Centre at Korovou, marking another significant step towards a cleaner, greener and more sustainable Nausori. 🌱💚

The opening ceremony was attended by invited guests, stakeholders, community representatives and members of the public, with the Special Administrator serving as the Chief Guest and officially opening the Korovou Return & Earn Centre. 🎉

This milestone is particularly significant as the Council has now established Return & Earn Centres at three key locations — Nausori, Nakasi and Korovou. ♻️

👏 A COLLECTIVE ACHIEVEMENT

During the event, Nausori Town Council CEO, Mr. Rajesh Kumar, acknowledged the significance of this important milestone and commended Council management, staff, stakeholders and community partners for their dedication and hard work in establishing and supporting the Return & Earn Centres across Nausori, Nakasi and Korovou.

The CEO highlighted the importance of bringing Council initiatives closer to communities and ensuring residents have greater access to recycling opportunities and services.

This achievement reflects the collective effort and commitment of everyone involved in working towards a cleaner, greener and more sustainable Nausori. 🌱💚

🎉 KOROVOU CARNIVAL ANNOUNCED!

In another exciting announcement, the CEO shared plans for a Korovou Carnival, bringing the spirit of celebration and festivities directly to the people of Korovou. 🎊🎶

The carnival will provide an opportunity for the Korovou community to come together, enjoy entertainment and experience the festivities right in their own town.

The Council looks forward to working with the community and stakeholders to make this a memorable occasion for Korovou.

💻 1. Information Technology (IT) Attaché – 1 Position
Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems & Networking
• Practical experience in IT-related activities will be an advantage.

🌿 2. Health Attaché – 1 Position
Minimum Requirements:
• Certificate, Diploma or degree-level studies in Environmental Health
• Practical experience in public health, environmental work, food handling, community programmes or inspection-related activities will be an advantage.
