Beloved friends, you have been misled into a way of living that no longer supports your vital force. You were taught to nourish yourselves through artificial means — overly processed foods, stimulants, chemical substances — while believing that what is natural is not enough. How could this be true, when nature is the very intelligence that created your body?

Your body was designed to be self-regulating and self-restoring. When it functions in harmony with its original blueprint, it remembers how to produce within itself what it no longer needs to take from outside.
