Springfields - Opening 2021

Our exciting new development of 65 beautiful supported living apartments is situated in the heart of the National Forest.

We started on site in September 2019 and aim to complete in 2021. You can keep up to date on progress of the development through our time-lapse camera.

Ashby-de-la-Zouch was a bustling spa town in the nineteenth century. One of its most popular springs was on the perimeter of the former Holywell Spring Farm.

Our new development Springfields is built on the site of the old farm, and we have taken inspiration from nature and history to produce apartments dedicated to health and wellbeing, homes where light and space combine to create a feeling of starting afresh at a pace to suit your lifestyle.
