Healthwatch Kent is an independent organisation set up to champion the views of patients and social care users across Kent, with the goal of making services better and improving health and wellbeing. It will form a network of people and organisations who are interested in health and social care in Kent. We will take your voice to the people who commission health and social care in Kent. This way we can influence the future of our health and social care services across the county.

📢 Paid Lived Experience Opportunity

Have you used mental health services and want to help shape the future of care?
EK360 is looking for a Lived Experience Mental Health Strategy Advisor to work alongside Maidstone and Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust, helping to co-produce and support the delivery of its Mental Health Strategy. This is a unique opportunity to ensure lived experience is at the heart of decision-making and service improvement.

✅ Paid role (NHS band 8 equivalent)
✅ 7.5 hours per week for 6 months
✅ Training, IT equipment and ongoing support provided
✅ Make a real difference to mental health services in Kent

EK360 is ! Know anyone who might be interested?
We’ve got a new opportunity open at EK360 as part of PAIRS (Parent and Infant Relationship Service) Kent, and we’re looking for parents and carers to get involved as lived experience reps.

If you’ve had challenges bonding with your baby, this is a chance to use your experience to help shape how a new service works for families across Kent.

Your personal journey is more valuable than you know. Share your voice and help us make sure the service actually works for the people it’s there for.

This is a flexible, paid role with training and support included.
