The good weather has brought an army of Roland Rats out.

Interestingly enough they appear to be coming up from the sewers.

You should consider checking by applying a plastic one way valve. If they are coming up from you sewer you will soon know.

First image is of a plastic one way valve. The next couple are valves which have been attacked by rodents. If that happens you need to get a steel version - happy to help.

Last image - consider a prevention program - again happy to help.
