Dementia Support Bucks Supporting people affected by dementia to live well in Buckinghamshire.

Whether you’re worried about your memory, have recently received a dementia diagnosis, or are caring for someone with dementia, you don’t have to face this journey alone. Our dedicated team of Dementia Support Workers provide personalised support, practical guidance, and connections to local services across Buckinghamshire. We understand that every person’s experience with dementia is unique, and

we’re committed to helping you live as well as possible with the right support at the right time. Dementia Support Bucks is a new service delivered by Age UK Buckinghamshire, Carers Bucks, and Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent, in partnership with its commissioners – Buckinghamshire Council and the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB). Our partnership is built on the principles of Care, Respect, Collaboration and Ambition, working together to help individuals and families across Buckinghamshire live well with dementia.

Join us during Dementia Action Week as we bring information, support and friendly conversation to various events across Buckinghamshire. Our team will be out and about at a range of local venues, offering advice, signposting and the chance to find out more about living well with dementia.
