Dementia Support Bucks is a new service delivered by Age UK Buckinghamshire, Carers Bucks, and Age UK Hillingdon, Harrow and Brent, in partnership with its commissioners – Buckinghamshire Council and the Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire and West Berkshire Integrated Care Board (BOB ICB). Our partnership is built on the principles of Care, Respect, Collaboration and Ambition, working together to help individuals and families across Buckinghamshire live well with dementia.
