We’ve received reports of recent parking fine scams claiming to be from South Ayrshire Council, as shown by the image below 👇

We would like to advise customers that the Ayrshire Roads Alliance will never issue communications via text message. All main communication will be via lettering in the post. Any communication via phone or online will only take place where a customer has instigated contact in response to a letter or the initial PCN.

Legitimate correspondence will always include the following:
✅Date & Time of Issue
✅PCN Number
✅Vehicle Registration
✅Location PCN was issued
✅Contravention Code with Description of Contravention

Please do not click on any links contained in messages from unknown sources.
