There's been a good couple of days spent canvassing. So far my small team have walked around 5 miles. There's been interesting conversations regarding Flowserve and Coronation Street park. Sadly Coronation Street park is nothing I would have any say over but concerns from my constituency (if elected) would be relayed to the councillor in charge of the park.

Flowserve, on the other hand, would be something I certainly will fight to preserve. It has a lot of history for the people of Balderton and provides a vital play area for football teams in the area.

Due to a slight mix up with constituency borders I was unaware of, I've had to change my pledge slightly.
I will however work along side the councillor in charge of Coronation Street to make it more accessible.

In light of the recent death of the birds near Barnby Road academy, I will happily campaign along side the councillor in charge of that particular division to see more safeguarding towards the wildlife and the environment. Looking into maybe having CCTV and more public bins along the cycle track.

Let's change politics for good.
