Succeed Together C.I.C is the concept of two passionate and devoted community workers, committed to creating a service which is meaningful to all generations. By supporting individuals we aim to provide benefits for marginalized community groups, employers and society as a whole. We possess Psychology and Informal & Community Education degrees, equipping us with solid knowledge of how best to work
with people. Whilst we have a combined thirty years’ experience, transcending frontline to strategic levels within charitable, private and public organisations. Successfully working within Employment, Community, Mental Health and Youth sectors, achieving valued outcomes. We enjoy working with people and supporting their individual journey and need. We respect and appreciate differing viewpoints, whilst we focus on the development of individuals and assist with improvements related to wellbeing. Our professional exchanges stimulated us to embark on this project, whilst we will continue to develop ourselves and aspire to Succeed Together alongside others. We are reflective practitioners and implement a community ethos fundamental of lifelong learning within our work. We will continue striving to be an inspiration to those we work with and provide services where quality is primary.
