100 days ago we took over control of Thurrock Council. 🥳

After campaigning so hard to win a landslide. 💪🏻

In such a short amount of time we have achieved so much. Here's just a fraction:

I could expand further. And there's a lot more to do. This is just the beginning.

We have brought energy, common sense and civic pride back to Thurrock Council.
We inherited a broken organisation crippled by debt, division and a bizarre mix of political inertia and incompetence.

No wonder both main Parties sought to unlawfully block the May 2026 Local Elections. They knew we'd win by a landslide, put them to shame and candidly tell the Borough how ineffective and self-serving they really were.

Reformers, the battle lines of the next General Election are clear!!!

It will be a contest between those who love their country and serve their residents.

Pitted against those who repeatedly damage our country and serve only themselves.

Finally, a big thank you to our excellent team of 43 councillors who made all of the above happen. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

The Local Plan sets out proposals for how Thurrock could grow and develop up to 2044, including new homes, jobs, infrastructure and community facilities.

This is the final stage for comments before the Local Plan is submitted to an independent inspector.
