🌸 The Power of None is officially ONE. 🌸

To celebrate, I marked the occasion with a floral photoshoot that captures everything this campaign stands for: visibility, confidence, and finding beauty in difference.

A year ago, this started with a simple belief—that bald people deserve to see themselves represented. Since then, we’ve started conversations, shared stories, challenged stereotypes, and built a growing community that believes everyone deserves to feel seen.

These flowers are a reminder that beauty comes in many forms, and that difference isn’t something to hide—it’s something to celebrate.

A huge thank you to the incredibly talented Paige Dale for creating this beautiful floral design and helping bring this vision to life. 🌸

Thank you to everyone who has supported The Power of None throughout its first year. Every share, every signature, and every conversation has helped move us closer to a world where bald people are visible, represented, and celebrated.

Here’s to year one—and everything still to come. 💛🌸

Exciting morning ahead! 💙

Tomorrow at 10:15am I’ll be joining BBC Radio Berkshire to talk about hair loss, following recent coverage of Victoria Derbyshire’s experience and promising new treatment research emerging from Japan.

Research and representation are equally important. While advances in treatment offer hope to many, visibility and understanding can make a difference right now. Hair loss affects millions of people, yet bald people remain largely absent from media, fashion and advertising.

Tune in to hear more about why both matter.

New podcast episode 🎙️

I recently joined the Alopecia Life podcast to talk about alopecia, bald representation, confidence, identity, and why visibility matters so much — especially for young people growing up rarely seeing themselves represented.

We spoke about the inspiration behind The Power of None, the reality of losing your hair as a teenager, and why “normalising difference” shouldn’t still feel revolutionary in 2026.

Also confirmed: I apparently speak with my hands even on audio-only podcasts 😭

Thank you so much to for giving me the space to share this conversation 🤍

900 signatures. NINE HUNDRED. 💜🧡

What started as an idea, a conversation, a hope for better representation has now become a growing movement of people who believe bald people deserve to be seen.

Every signature means someone stopped, listened, cared, and chose to stand with us. That matters more than you know.

The Power of None was created to push for change in media, fashion, advertising and children’s books — so that bald women, men and children can grow up seeing themselves reflected in the world around them.

900 is amazing… but we’re not done yet.

Keep sharing. Keep talking. Keep challenging outdated beauty standards. Keep making space for representation.

Next stop: 1,000 ✨

Thank you for believing in this mission. We’re only just getting started.

ONE YEAR. 🤍

Today marks my Baldiversary – one year since I shaved my head.

One year of learning that confidence isn’t found in hair, but in owning who you are without it.
One year of unlearning what I thought beauty had to look like.
One year of stepping into a version of myself I never knew I could be.

But this isn’t just personal.

This year sparked something bigger — The Power of None. A campaign built on the belief that bald isn’t something to hide, fix, or explain… it’s something that deserves to be seen.

Because representation matters.
Because little girls deserve to see themselves in books, on screens, in adverts — everywhere.
Because “different” should never mean “invisible.”

So today isn’t just about looking back — it’s about looking forward.

This is just the beginning. ✨

GUYSSS 📚✨

This month’s Book of the Month is Claire the Bear with the Barely-There Hair by Troy Powell and I’m not even kidding… this one really stayed with me 🥹💛

It’s such a gentle, comforting story about difference, confidence, and learning that you don’t need to change yourself to be accepted — and honestly, that message is so important, especially for younger readers.

Books like this MATTER. Representation matters. And seeing characters who don’t “fit the mould” just exist and be celebrated? We need so much more of that 🐻✨

Definitely one to add to your shelves, classrooms, or bedtime reads 📖
