First time done an intuitive reading for someone else’s pet and I was delighted to help this little cutie in North Carolina!

Working with animals is beautiful as they have this genuinely clean and pure energy. I was genuinely amazed with all the insights I was getting from his higher self and feeling the love inside him.
Very much looking forward to get deeper into working with animals.

Some photos from yesterday evening’s sound baths in the Birch room at The Clophill Centre✨

I love doing sound baths in special days like Lughnasadh (loo-nah-sah), the Harvest festival that marks the changing of the seasons. As a shamanic practitioner I follow the medicine wheel and the changing of the seasons so days like these feel special to me and the sound baths seem to have some extra magic in them.

Next session and the ones after, we’re back in the yurt, which has its own unique vibe.

Took Friday off to visit Avebury as part of my celebration to mark the change of season into harvest time. 🌾

It’s one of the oldest stone circles in the country and has a beautiful and chilled energy.

Energetically speaking, harvest season is a good moment to notice what you’ve actually grown this year.

Energetically, harvest season is about collecting on what you planted earlier in the year, the intentions, the effort, the internal work…

It’s an appropriate moment to notice your abundance and whatever you’ve actually built so far this year.

If you planted something back in spring and it hasn’t shown up yet, this is a good time to check whether you’re still tending it, or if you’ve quietly let it go.
