Breaches of anonymity are incredibly serious, positive for victims to see that their right to anonymity is important and those who breach it will be investigated and prosecuted.

Detectives from Newry Criminal Investigation Department (CID) investigating a breach of anonymity concerning a recent high-profile court case have charged a woman to court.
