New House residential home, Beverley provides a permanent home to 8 adults who have learning disabilities and associated needs. You will lead to ensure they are supported with all their identified needs; medication administration and recording; health and safety monitoring. You will liaise with families, attending reviews and work in collaboration with the manager, colleagues, and other professionals to ensure the service meets CQC fundamental standards.

The role is challenging but extremely rewarding. Hours: 25 per week.
