If you’re completing the Coastal Walk on Sunday, it’s important that you are prepared. Plenty of water, sunscreen, weather appropriate clothing and suitable footwear and socks. Our top tip: wear two pairs of socks and turn them inside out so the seam doesn’t rub your toes.
