Box Fresh Living Ltd Supported Housing for vulnerable adults 18+ Tenants must have support needs to live in the property e. g.

A very comfortable supported living house suitable for vulnerable adults who are in need of support on their journey to living independently.

- Fast internet connection
- Access to large, comfortable communal area
- Large sunny garden
- Kitchen with shared fridge / freezers
- Washing machine and Tumble Dryer
- Central-heating and double-glazing throughout

Only for those who are in receipt of benefits. Mental Health, Homelessness, Vulnerability, Domestic Violence etc. We offer excellent support tenants to help our tenants ensure they are claiming all their benefits, get help with any problems they may have, get back to work education, self-employment and other general help. A weekly service charge of £15 is to be paid by the tenant

We also have rooms available in Handsworth and Quinton

Another flat, another resident. Recent referral from the Birmingham City Council who was looking to leave her current shared home due to antisocial behavior.

One phone call led her to moving into one of our newly onboarded one bedroom self contained flats.

She didn’t know these things existed - we can’t wait to support her progress further.

At Box Fresh Living, we provide safe, supportive accommodation for individuals looking to rebuild, regain independence, and move forward at their own pace. Each space is prepared with care to ensure it offers comfort, stability, and a fresh start.
