Yay!!! The extra whalebone rock added last month by Lyndsay Retson of Orkney Uncovered has finally been found! We’ve been waiting in great anticipation for this one. Huge well done to Graeme Clark of Clark Optometrists on an amazing find! You’re on a lucky streak after winning ‘Nail for a Whale’ at Dounby Show!🍀

Only one week left of the Birsay Whalebone Rock Hunt — where has the time gone! The weather hasn’t always been kind, but everyone who’s managed to track down a rock… fantastic achievement!!
