Wherever we can, we WILL prosecute those illegally dumping waste in our district. This was a solid result, with more to come.

💸 Dumping this waste in a layby in Market Deeping cost someone £300 after we issued a fixed penalty notice.
✅ Evidence linked it to a person who was interviewed under caution and admitted the offence.
ℹ️ Fly-tipping harms wildlife, spreads disease, and ruins our beautiful countryside🌳🐾
Don’t risk it – please dispose of your waste legally and responsibly.
If you’re hiring someone to take away your rubbish:
