Local café’s will host Mad Hatter specials and tea parties on Good Friday and Easter Saturday.

A Boscombe Easter Adventure, a visit to Wonderland

Boscombe celebrates the 150th anniversary of ‘Alice in Wonderland’ by Lewis Carol

On 3rd & 4th April, Boscombe becomes Wonderland, the streets will be awash with colourful characters and street performance,

Take part in the prize treasure hunt by visiting shops with the White Rabbit in

the window;
- collect enough stickers to fill a grid
- Return to Creative Kids in the Sovereign Centre
- Receive a chocolate egg for completing, and be entered into a prize draw to win one of ten Samsung Galaxy mobile phones. There will be a Wonderland themed fancy dress competition, with a grand prize of a Samsung Galaxy Xcover 2 phone. Fancy dress entries will have their photo taken in the Sovereign Centre, uploaded onto the Easter page, and winner contacted to return on Saturday for the prize presentation. Spot The White Rabbit ('I shall be too late' I wish I had a Samsung galaxy instead of my old pocket watch..) Programme:

Good Friday

Visit Creative Kids 11am – 3pm to claim prizes, free workshops & enter competitions! Treasure hunt & fancy dress competitions throughout Boscombe. Families will collect an Easter Egg Hunt Map to complete, filling in each shop they visit. Shops will display a white rabbit in the window. Completed entries are handed to Creative Kids 11am-3pm on Friday and Saturday, with the grand prizes at 3-4pm. Easter Saturday

Visit Creative Kids 11am – 3pm to claim prizes, free workshops & enter competitions! Boscombe Gardens: Friends of Boscombe Chine Gardens Family Fun Day including games, activities & Scruffs dog show.
