This is the unofficial page for Worlds Away at Bournemouth Library. We are a gaming club that runs on the first Saturday of every month at Bournemouth Library from 12 noon-5pm. The club is run with the help of a group of dedicated volunteers. We mostly play boardgames, with the occasional wargame and roleplaying game.

Our thanks again to Tanya at Worlds Away, Bournemouth board gaming, who have chosen Marie Curie as the charity to benefit from their forthcoming event, to be held at Entoyment Wargaming and Hobby Centre, Poole on 18 July. Anyone is welcome to attend, whether keen board gamers or just interested in playing different games for the first time

If an extra day of gaming and supporting a charity sounds good to you, you're in luck!

Our own Tanya Banfield has organised a board game day at Entoyment on Saturday 18 July to raise money for Marie Curie.

What better way to start the bank holiday weekend then with board games at the library? As usual this Saturday, 2nd May, we have board games from 12pm - 5pm.

To confirm for those that did not hear last time, Bournemouth Library is open on 4th April and so we will be meeting in person then as usual for the first Saturday of the month.
