Upcoming ONLINE Emotionally Based School Avoidance (EBSA) sessions delivered by the Educational Psychologist Team.

Begins Wednesday 30 September - Wednesday 21 October 2026 (1pm to 2.30pm).

This was one of the free Holiday Activities and Food event in Robert's Park, Saltaire this week where over 500 children with their families attended! More dates coming up over the coming days - no need to book just turn up and play!

* Events run from 11am - 3pm and are aimed at 5 - 14 year olds.
* Children need to register name and school.
* Free packed lunch for children on benefits-related free school meals.

More than 500 children, along with their families came to Robert’s Park, Saltaire to take part in the free Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) programme. There are six more HAF parks events coming up over the coming days. Don't miss out! Come along, no need to book - just turn up and play!

If you are planning childcare for September 2026, don't miss the 31 August 2026 deadline for the 'Free Childcare for Working Parents scheme'

This is to receive your childcare eligibility code for a September start. You could be eligible for up to 30 hours of free childcare each week.

You could be eligible for up to 30 hours of free childcare each week through the Free Childcare for Working Parents scheme. Don’t miss the 31 August 2026 deadline to receive your childcare eligibility code for a September start.

For the Free Childcare for Working Parents scheme:
✔ Your child must be at least 9 months old by 31 August 2026
✔ Check if you are eligible for this scheme or a different childcare scheme.
✔ Apply through a GOV.UK childcare account (you can register online)
✔ Receive your eligibility code before 31 August 2026

Attention parents/carers of pre-school children!

Talking Bradford are excited to bring their drop-in session Talk, Listen, Connect (TLC) to a venue near you.

Come along to Reevy Hill Family Hub, BD6 3ST, on Tuesday 18th August between 12.30-3.30pm, no need to book, just drop-in.

Whether you have a concern, or just want to help your child's communication develop, everyone is welcome! A speech and language therapist will be in attendance
