Join us for a special Storytime in the Mill Garden on Wednesday 12th August at 11.30am with local author and illustrator Georgia Wickham.

Georgia will be reading from her beautiful new kids book Netty the Nettle - a warm, lyrical story about courage, kindness, and embracing what makes you unique, Netty the Nettle is a celebration of finding your place—and shining just as you are.

FREE for all families!

Story aimed at kids between 0-6 year olds with crafts based on some of the characters from the book to follow, so plenty for older kids to enjoy too.

No need to book, just turn up and follow the signs to the Mill Garden.

Thanks to everyone who joined our lovely relaxed Story Time at the Mill today, with colouring in crafts and seed planting fun.

Looking for activities to do this Summer with the kids?

We have 2 more Story Time sessions coming up on Wednesdays 12th and 19th August at 11.30am in the Mill Garden.

Stories aimed at ages 0-6 but plenty for older kids to enjoy too.

Free for all families, just turn up and follow the signs.

You can also visit the beautiful Mill Garden whenever the Mill gates are open - the perfect setting for little ones to explore whilst you enjoy a cuppa and cake.

Donations always welcome to keep the gardens growing and so we can continue to offer community events like this.

DID YOU KNOW......You can also buy our flour in Bulk? *

We can supply bulk orders in 5kg or 10kg bags (or any number in-between!).

*Buying in bulk reduces the price for you compared to buying individual 1kg bags.

We already have a number of customers who order larger quantities including one of the Top 50 Gastropubs in the UK, and a 1* Michelin restaurant in Cardiff.

Orders would need to be collected directly from the Mill, or you are welcome to arrange your own courier collection.

As the Mill is run by volunteers we do not have the facility to offer a mail order service for bulk items.

For home bakers or small bakeries who produce a lot of bread, contact [email protected] to discuss buying in bulk further.
