Agnes Davis – Reflections on Life in Ruardean https://orlo.uk/h5eQq
Agnes was born in 1897 in the Forest of Dean, in this short clip she talks about rural life around Ruardean.

H J Massingham – Woodland Birds c.1930 https://orlo.uk/ccN6R
Harold John Massingham (1888 – 1952) was a poet and British writer on countryside matters. In this short clip we hear part of his lecture on woodland birds, with images from the Wild Birds of the Cotswold and trees are from Hardwicke Court near Gloucester.
