Another mentoring job this morning, this time helping to put a nuc of bees in a beginner beekeeper’s hive. Before we had even started, the workers were checking out their new home! Queen seen, we’ve left them to get acquainted with their new location!

🐝 Having been host to almost 1,000 visitors to the beehives over the past few years- our 5 star ⭐️ reviewed bee experiences are back this year with limited availability.

The two hour experience takes you into the heart of the beehive where you’ll see the workers building comb, making honey and maybe even dancing! 💃 Enjoy the sights, sounds and smells of this sensory encounter that takes place in rural East Anglia under the big skies, surrounded by wildlife.

Dates left available are-

Join me for a morning of crafting and making using one of natures most utilised ingredients - beeswax. Take it from solid to liquid to create beautiful gifts for your home.

Class sizes are kept small and take place in the training room on site here at Sunnyfields in the South Norfolk countryside. A lovely escape from the buzz of every day life.

A golden sunset on 2025 and a gorgeous sunrise to start us in 2026. ☀️
Whether you make resolutions, have goals or plans for the year, or are just going to wing it, may I wish you all a happy new year and I’m sending best wishes that all your hard work will pay off and those goals are achieved.

I think 2026 for me is going to be another busy one, being a business owner I often find myself being pulled in many different directions, and when you’re building a dream or realising a plan, it can get quite overwhelming - so this year my promise to myself is to take more time to slow down and connect with nature, whether that’s sitting watching the bees at their hives, doing some gardening, going out with the or playing with the dogs in the garden. I’ll be taking time away from the noise of to-do lists to enjoy the little things and the special moments with family and friends.
