Congratulations to Cara and Norman who last week won in the Norfolk Suffolk triathlon for years 5 and 6.

Both also smashed it at Beccles Common junior parkrun this morning.

In just under a month’s time, Tim will be taking on the London to Brighton bike ride in support of Mind.

He is hoping to raise £350 for this incredible charity and currently sits just under halfway to his goal.

Any donation, big or small, would mean a lot and help support the vital work Mind does. It would also help Tim tick off one of his biggest bucket list challenges.

Day Two - East Region Long Course Championships

A solid first day from Lola who completed her 200 Butterfly and 400 Freestyle yesterday.

Today she takes part in her 100m Butterfly, 100m Freestyle and 400m IM events.

East Region Long Course Championships

Good Luck Lola, who has qualified for this years East Region Long Course Championships, a brilliant achievement and another first for the club.

Lola will be taking part in 200 Butterfly and 400 freestyle on Saturday and 100 Butterfly, 100 Freestyle and 400 Individual Medley on Sunday.
