As part of our ongoing partnership with Emmaus Cambridge, our volunteers recently used their community hours to support the charity’s annual customer survey, chatting with shoppers and gathering feedback to help improve the customer experience.

It was a great opportunity to see the Emmaus community in action and support the charity’s retail operations, which help fund its work supporting people affected by homelessness. 🫶
